The cameras return to Swansea's streets to follow the desperate and moving stories of the homeless. We try and find out what has changed in the city which boasts the highest numbers of homeless people in Wales. Long-term homeless Tim is still sleeping out in one of the harshest winters and continues to have constant run-ins with the police.
