Kaikissa kaveriporukoissa on yksi tyyppi, jota muut saavat hävetä. Meidän porukassa hänen nimensä on Barry. Barry sanoo ja tekee juttuja, joita muut vain ajattelevat. Hän ei tunne sanaa ”soveliaisuus”. Kun olimme pieniä, Barry oli huippuhauska. Hän kiusasi tyttöjä ja suututti opettajat. Tykkäsimme siitä silloin, mutta nyt olemme aikuisia ja haluamme perheen, uran ja tyttöystävän. Barry tekee siitä mahdotonta, häpeämme häntä ja hän pilaa maineemme. Luulin, että ystävyys kestää kaiken, nyt Barry on varsinainen kiusankappale. Hän on meille tärkeä, muttemme voi enää olla kavereita.... Vaihtoehtomme ovat seuraavat: 1. Hankkiudutaan hänestä eroon - esim. palkkamurha. 2. Katkaistaan välit - pysyvästi.... tai 3. Etsitään joku, joka sietää Barryn jatkuvaa lapsellista käytöstä - vuorokauden ympäri, koko loppuelämän.
