France in the 23rd century, now a scorching desert due to climate change. After their mother’s untimely death, 10-year-old Nonnie and 7-year-old Albert decide to leave their village in search of their father, who left for Paris looking for the miraculous seeds that could secure their small town’s survival... and never came back.
