Those who communicate with him are people such as a long time friend Salvadore, a pastry shop owner Charlotte, a personal “Happy Buddy” with no name, and Doctor Money himself. The prisoner must attempt to keep his own sanity while trying to survive the harsh world of “Presentable Liberty”.
