Lorenzo Delgado is a former police officer who, after being fired, becomes a private investigator, the tough kind straight out of film noir. He dresses in a suit, uses a magnifying glass, and smokes cigarettes like there's no tomorrow. He hates chases, doesn't trust cops or butlers, and is convinced that the world needs an iron hand to deliver justice—he thinks of himself as that hand.
