Ivo (Huub Smit) en Randy (Sergio Hasselbaink) zijn twee fanatieke politierechercheurs. En gek op Amerikaanse actiefilms. Daardoor reageren ze net wat feller en sneller dan de gemiddelde Hollandse agent. Als ze samen met hun stagiair Coco (Noel Deelen) zich ongevraagd bemoeien met een grootscheepse politieactie, gaan ze volledig buiten hun boekje. Hierdoor vallen er veel doden en gewonden in een regen van kogels en bloed. Ze belanden in de gevangenis en komen in aanraking met Mercator, een nietsontziende crimineel met een verstelbare vuist. Via hem komen ze meer te weten over een gevaarlijk drugskartel dat de stad in zijn dodelijke greep houdt. Ivo en Randy ontdekken dat ze heel verschillend denken over de dunne rafellijn tussen goed en kwaad. Er blijkt meer nodig te zijn dan alleen maar stoere schietposes, duizelingwekkende achtervolgingen en foute inschattingen om alles tot een goed einde te brengen. Ivo en Randy moeten weer het team vormen dat ze ooit waren.
