The Silent Revolution is a 1972 German documentary film about molecular biology. Evolution is too slow to cope with the rapid changes in our environment, and the countdown of man's survival has already begun. Yet. there may be a chance to influence the steering mechanism of life. It was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature.
